Join us for a 8 week long Zoom Qigong practice, every Thursday starting on October 16th! Schedule: Thursday's @10am Weekly - October 16, 23, 30, - November 6, 13, 20, 27, - December 4 🌿✨ Qigong for Beginners – Online Class via Zoom ✨🌿 Are you ready to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with your body’s natural flow of energy? Join us for a Beginner Qigong Class—a gentle yet powerful practice that combines movement, breath, and intention to support balance, vitality, and peace of mind. In this class you’ll learn: - Gentle breathing techniques to calm your mind. - Simple movements to release stress & tension. - Foundational postures for grounding & balance. - Energy awareness practices to uplift your spirit. No experience necessary—this class is perfect for beginners and accessible for all bodies. Come as you are, leave feeling refreshed and renewed! Time: - 10-11AM via Zoom (Link sent the day before) - Classes will be recorded if you miss the live Investment:$88 for all 8 classes +gst
