In your session Jennifer will deliver the perfect custom blend of healing methods to create coherence in your body. Reiki is a gentle, non invasive energy healing practice that helps promote relaxation, reduce stress, support emotional wellbeing, and encourage energetic balance. A calming and restorative experience designed to help you feel grounded, refreshed, and reconnected. - To ensure your comfort during your appointment, please wear loose, comfortable clothes without buttons or zippers. - Remember not to eat 30 minutes before your session, and please wait in your car until Jennifer comes to greet you.
