Together, you'll create your own signature scented roller or intentional bath soak, designed to invite balance and to align with the energy of the upcoming season. As you work with your personal intention, Amy will guide you through how plant allies and aromatherapy harmonize with the nervous system to nurture your wellbeing. You'll leave with your own personalized creation, as well as a deeper understanding of aromatherapy as a practical tool to carry into your self-care practice.
