Soothe & Surrender: Yin Yoga + Yoga Nidra
Join me for an experience of deep rest as we gently unwind through a series of yin yoga postures designed to soften tension, calm the nervous system, and prepare the body for stillness. Each pose will be held with mindful presence, inviting space into the joints and subtle layers of the body. We’ll complete our practice with a guided Yoga Nidra—an effortless meditative journey that welcomes the mind into a state of deep relaxation and inner healing. This class is an invitation to surrender, reset, and return home to yourself.

Is your inner artist hungry for creativity? Say yes to your desires and paint away any lingering belief that indulging in beauty is impractical and unnecessary. Practice listening to your intuition and not the voice of guilt that keeps you from saying yes to your natural appetite. Put practical pursuits aside and soften into the pleasure of paint drips and prayer stars.

Artists fuel their soul with beauty; the smell, touch, taste, sights and sounds of their environment. When you begin to surround yourself with your own unique food source for beauty, you will have the fuel to regeneratively create all you want in life.
